They always ensure I do not go more than a few hours with a machine that is out of service John Lee was awesome helping get together a new package and get us some new and improved printers in our office. He was with the installation team through the entire process and it took around an hour to get both of our printers traded out and ready to use. I'd like to offer an unsolicited shout-out to Gray and Creech. I have been a very happy customer of this fine company for several years. Without exception, their professionalism and courtesy after the sale have been phenomenal. Never, on the RARE occasion of needing equipment repair have I waited more than an hour or two for the technician to arrive. I typically receive communication from the sales rep, the technician, and management within minutes of requesting service. At one point, the technician could not resolve the issue immediately---and my files were printed at Gray and Creech and couriered back to me. Who could ask for any better service??? I wholeheartedly recommend this fine company to anyone who finds themselves in need of office systems. Give them a call--you'll be glad you did!
