Technology Sales Representative

The Technology Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Copier equipment and maintenance services, IT equipment and MSP services, and Security equipment and installation to B2B clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The representative will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients across industries such as small businesses, mid-sized enterprises, and high-risk sectors through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client requirements for Copier equipment, IT infrastructure, MSP services, and Security solutions, proposing customized solutions to address pain points.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and develop detailed proposals showcasing the benefits of Copier, IT, MSP, and Security solutions, emphasizing ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring renewals of service contracts.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with installation and support teams to ensure smooth deployment of equipment and services, addressing any client concerns promptly.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Gray & Creech as a market leader.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company’s CRM (HubSpot) system to track progress and accurately forecast sales.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  1. Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Copier equipment, IT equipment, MSP services, and Security equipment/installation.
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Expand the client base by acquiring new accounts and maintaining high retention rates for existing clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
  3. Solution Customization: Develop tailored proposals that address specific client needs across Copier, IT, MSP, and Security offerings, ensuring high client satisfaction and adoption.
  4. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle efficiently.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication, effective problem resolution, and seamless service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Sales Revenue: Achieve a minimum of $90,000 in quarterly sales revenue across all product lines (copiers, IT equipment, MSP services, security equipment).
  2. New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new B2B clients per quarter, with a focus on diverse industries (e.g., retail, corporate, property management).
  3. Contract Renewal Rate: Maintain a client contract renewal rate of at least 80% for MSP and security service agreements.
  4. Lead Conversion Rate: Convert at least 30% of qualified leads into closed deals within a 90-day sales cycle.
  5. Proposal Acceptance Rate: Achieve a proposal acceptance rate of 20% for submitted bids, demonstrating effective needs assessment and solution alignment.
  6. Customer Satisfaction Score: Attain an average customer satisfaction score of 7/10 based on post-sale surveys, reflecting quality of service and client experience.
  7. Pipeline Growth: Maintain a sales pipeline with at least 30 active opportunities at any given time, with a minimum of 50% in advanced stages (proposal or negotiation).
  8. Upsell/Cross-Sell Revenue: Generate at least 20% of total revenue from upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, office equipment, or security solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of copier equipment, IT infrastructure, MSP services, and security systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, from small business owners to corporate executives.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) or industry-specific certifications (e.g., CompTIA, security system training).

Production Print Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell large production digital printing devices to C-Level executives and owners of production print companies.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Work 2 Major Metropolitan Territories with current base and net new accounts. (Triad & Triangle)
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the local sales team and management regarding activity generation, including identifying vertical market opportunities and target accounts.
  • Drive a focused production print strategy within each existing key or targeted account.
  • Use our sales process and strategic understanding of production print products, solutions, industry trends, and competitive information to prospect and develop customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer needs analyses and solution development, which includes preparing solutions, providing demonstrations, generating proposals (including pricing), negotiating, and maintaining the production print base through ongoing customer reviews.
  • Engage with our sales team on how to hunt for opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts as required by management.
  • Drive company objectives regarding profitable production print sales and service revenue, customer retention, and growth, along with strategic initiatives for production print, including acquiring new customers.

**Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the production print industry.
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Fiery Certification or extensive knowledge is required.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PC usage and software applications.

This is a full-time, on-site Security Sales Consultant role in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Security Sales Consultant will generate leads, create presentations, close deals, and promote security solutions. We support multiple top security manufacturers like Axis, Alarms.com, Speco, Kisi, & Verkada. Our installation team is headed by an experienced 30-year integration leader and we are constantly looking for ways to expand our integration team.

CSR Dispatcher
We are looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative to join our service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming support calls.
  • Create support tickets on behalf of customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to Helpdesk.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Use basic computer applications.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and salespeople.
  • Schedule service calls.
