**The minimum salary listed covers the bare minimum of the base salary & auto allowance; this is a salary plus commission sales job that pays on gross margin. A lot of reps make double their salary but with our training, marketing support, and mentoring you will have the potential to make much more.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell large production digital printing devices to C-Level executives and owners of production print companies.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Work 2 Major Metropolitan Territories with current base and net new accounts. (Triad & Triangle)
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the local sales team and management regarding activity generation, including identifying vertical market opportunities and target accounts.
- Drive a focused production print strategy within each existing key or targeted account.
- Use our sales process and strategic understanding of production print products, solutions, industry trends, and competitive information to prospect and develop customer relationships.
- Conduct customer needs analyses and solution development, which includes preparing solutions, providing demonstrations, generating proposals (including pricing), negotiating, and maintaining the production print base through ongoing customer reviews.
- Engage with our sales team on how to hunt for opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts as required by management.
- Drive company objectives regarding profitable production print sales and service revenue, customer retention, and growth, along with strategic initiatives for production print, including acquiring new customers.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the production print industry.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Fiery Certification or extensive knowledge is required.
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in PC usage and software applications.

Salary / Commission / Bonus Plan / Spiff: This position offers a salary with uncapped commissions based on net margin. A quarterly sales bonus is included, and some manufacturers also provide spiffs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming support calls.
- Create support tickets on behalf of customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to Helpdesk.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Use basic computer applications.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and salespeople.
- Schedule service calls.
- Meet monthly service goals.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Help with supply fulfillment, AP, and AR.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous dispatch experience and/or call center agent with IT customer support service experience.
- Experience using Ticketing Support systems.
- Experience using Unified Communications for business solutions. (Call Handling)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under fast-pace environments while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to calmly handle stressful situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Computer and customer service skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
