Xerox
Xerox pioneered the photocopier market in 1959, and its name is synonymous with the act of making a copy. Xerox continually develops new technology, and its current lineup of multifunction printers (MFPs) is no exception. Xerox’s ConnectKey technology focuses on improving business processes through a suite of applications. Among the most popular apps are the Translation app, which can translate any document into 44 different languages, and the Note Converter, which transforms handwritten notes into Microsoft Word documents, saving valuable time. Security is a top priority at Xerox, and we understand our clients’ concerns about sensitive data. Their Auto-Redaction applications can remove confidential information from any document.

Sharp
The journey began in 1915 with the mechanical pencil invented by Sharp’s founder, Tokuji Hayakawa. Today, Sharp manufactures hundreds of electronic products, including copiers, printers, commercial displays, computers, refrigerators, and microwaves. Gray & Creech represents Sharp’s Copier and Printer division, along with its line of Dynabook computers and the Aquos line of commercial displays and interactive whiteboards.

Hewlett Packard (HP)

Gray & Creech is HP Amplify certified at the Power Track level, the highest designation available.
Access to Special HP Managed Systems
As an HP Amplify certified dealer with a current Power Track designation, Gray & Creech has access to special HP managed MFPs. These unique models are only available through dealers like Gray & Creech and come with special cost-per-copy levels that provide significant savings for our clients. HP audits Gray & Creech’s supply inventory to ensure that these low-cost supplies are used exclusively for HP Amplify Managed Print Service (MPS) contract accounts.
